Outside of work, I love hiking exploring different spots with my spouse and our dogs, Karma and Meeko! I’m also a plant enthusiast, proudly nurturing a collection of around 200 plants.

Conducted key design activities including heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, user research, journey mapping, persona development, design systems, and iterative prototyping – while identifying user pain points and refining solutions. Designed complex systems and led the creation of design systems.

Collaborated closely with leadership and cross-functional teams driving successful product outcomes. Managed tasks and milestones using the Microsoft Azure DevOps (Kanban) software. Additionally, tracked UI bugs during testing for the QA team.

Researched, designed and prototyped an an intuitive solution for a real estate company and mobile app for USAA, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Led brainstorming sessions that leveraged user research insights, heuristic analysis, competitive analysis, and persona development. Created user flows, scenarios, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on clear interactions and user-centered design.
